Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 1 cup Cold Evaporated Milk
  • 3 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 ounces Milk Chocolate (finely chopped)
  • pinch of iodized salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate Shavings for garnishing

Direcciones

  1. In your blender combine Milk, vanilla, chocolate, sugar, salt, process until smooth
  2. Transfer to a large bowl
  3. In a smaller bowl add heavy cream and whipped until peaks form, fold into chocolate mixture.
  4. Spoon into your desired dessert cups, refrigerate until ready to serve.
