Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 4 Large eggs, separated
  • 2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • Powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. lady fingers

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate morsels in double boiler and set aside to cold. In large bowl, add in cooled chocolate to 2 beaten Large eggs. Whip 4 egg whites till peaked. Fold into chocolate mix. Beat egg yolks and fold into chocolate mix. Whip cream adding sufficient powdered sugar to sweeten to taste. Fold 1/2 of whipped cream into chocolate mix.
  2. Line sides of springform pan with lady fingers, also pressing lady fingers into bottom of pan. Pour mousse mix into springform pan spreading proportionately. Top with remainder of whipped cream. Chill 24 hrs before serving. Serves 10-12.
