- Heat chocolate in double boiler. Let cold. Beat egg yolks and whole Large eggs till creamy yellow. Set aside. Beat whipping cream till hard and set aside. Beat egg whites till stiff gradually adding confectioners' sugar. Set aside. To blend, add in dollop of hard whipping cream to chocolate mix, then add in rest of cream. Now add in vanilla and creme de cacao. Pour into bowl and add in egg yolk mix, stirring till smooth. Mix in egg white a little at a time. Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
