Receta Chocolate Mousse (Weight Watchers)

- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand a few min to soften. Set over low heat, cook stirring constantly till dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in cocoa; stir till dissolved.
- In a food processor, combine gelatin mix, ricotta cheese, and chocolate syrup,and puree 30 seconds, till smooth.
- Pour chocolate mix into 4 individual dessert dishes, cover and chill 1 hour, or possibly till set.
- Top each serving with 2 Tb. whipped topping, sprinkle proportionately with grated chocolate.
