Chocolate Mousse (Weight Watchers)

Ingredientes

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 c. Part skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 c. Thawed frzn dairy whipped topping
  • 1/2 ounce Dark chocolate, grated

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand a few min to soften. Set over low heat, cook stirring constantly till dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in cocoa; stir till dissolved.
  2. In a food processor, combine gelatin mix, ricotta cheese, and chocolate syrup,and puree 30 seconds, till smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate mix into 4 individual dessert dishes, cover and chill 1 hour, or possibly till set.
  4. Top each serving with 2 Tb. whipped topping, sprinkle proportionately with grated chocolate.
