Ingredientes
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Combine cocoa, lowfat milk, butter and sugar in saucepan. Cook till it reaches a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla. Pour over oatmeal mix. Mix and drop by tsp. on wax paper.
