-but%20the%20title%20of%20the%20recipe%20alone%20told%20me%20I%20HAD%20to%20make%20them.%20You%20see..I%20LOVE%20oatmeal%20cookies..but%20I'm%20a%20fair%20weather%20raisin%20fan...oh%20and%20I'm%20out%20of%20butterscotch%20chips...so%20I%20didn't%20have%20a%20good%20reason%20to%20make%20just%20oatmeal%20cookies.%20Until%20now.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20awesome.%20Just%20chocolatey%20enough.%20Just%20chewy%20enough.%20I%20loved%20them!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20350%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20butter%20and%20sugars%20together%20until%20nice%20and%20fluffy-blend%20in%20eggs%20and%20vanilla.%20Stir%20together%20flour,%20cocoa,%20soda%20and%20salt%20and%20add%20gradually%20to%20butter%20mixturee.%20Stir%20in%20oats-the%20batter%20will%20be%20REALLY%20stiff!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDrop%20by%20rounded%20tablespoonfuls%20onto%20ungreased%20cookie%20sheet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%2011-12%20minutes%20then%20take%20out.%20Do%20NOT%20be%20tempted%20to%20bake%20these%20longer.%20Cool%20a%20couple%20minutes%20on%20the%20pan,%20then%20remove%20to%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool%20further.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20makes%20ALOT%20of%20cookies%20so%20these%20would%20be%20great%20to%20take%20to%20an%20exchange%20or%20just%20into%20work%20to%20show%20your%20coworkers%20how%20much%20you%20love%20them,%20erm...put%20up%20with%20them.%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
