Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 4 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp Grated orange peal

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 F. Mix crumbs, cinnamon, and butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  2. Increase oven temperature to 350 F. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer till well blended. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Separate batter into 2 equal parts. Blend chocolate into one part. Blend liqueur and peel into remaining part. Pour chocolate batter over crust.
  4. Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temperatue to 325 F.
  5. Spoon remaining batter over chocolate layer. Continue baking another 30 min. Turn off oven and prop open oven door; remove cheesecake when oven has cooled. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
  6. I think cheesecake in general is best when chilled over night, but it is not necessary.
  7. (*) I've just recently found Oreo Cookie crumbs in a box. A great time saver for the lazy.
