Ingredientes

  • 4 x Egg Yolks
  • 80 gm Caster Sugar
  • 125 ml Lowfat milk
  • 175 ml Cream
  • 125 gm Dark Chocolate, (or possibly Terry's Chocolate Orange)
  • 1 tsp Orange Arome

Direcciones

  1. Cream egg yolks and sugar together.
  2. Boil cream and lowfat milk together and pour onto creamed yolks and sugar.
  3. Add in chocolate and orange and allow to heat.
  4. Pass through a fine sieve and allow to cold. Then cook in bain-marie in a low over for approximately 30 min.
  5. Leave to cold and chill before serving.
