Receta Chocolate Panettone With Golden Mascarpone Dip

- 1 Heat the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water till melted, stirring occasionally. Slice the panettone and chop each into bite size pcs. Drizzle chocolate over each, place on a cooling rack and leave to set for 15-20 min.
- 2 Put the mascarpone into a bowl, add in the golden brown icing sugar and brandy, to taste. Serve the panettone with a little bowl of the golden brown mascarpone.
