Chocolate Panettone With Golden Mascarpone Dip

Ingredientes

  • 3 x 100 g bars plain chocolate, (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
  • 1 x 500 g panettone
  • 2 x 250 g tubs mascarpone
  • 4 Tbsp. Unrefined golden brown icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Brandy, (optional) (1 to 2)

Direcciones

  1. 1 Heat the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water till melted, stirring occasionally. Slice the panettone and chop each into bite size pcs. Drizzle chocolate over each, place on a cooling rack and leave to set for 15-20 min.
  2. 2 Put the mascarpone into a bowl, add in the golden brown icing sugar and brandy, to taste. Serve the panettone with a little bowl of the golden brown mascarpone.
