Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt Sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 27 x Graham cracker squares

Direcciones

  1. Mix pudding according to package directions, except use 3-1/3 c. skim lowfat milk. Beat in peanut butter.
  2. Line a 9x13 pam with half grahm cracker squares. 3 will have to be cut in half.
  3. Spread pudding mix over grahm crackers. Top with remaining crackers.
  4. Freeze for four hrs. Cut into squares and remove from pan. Store in plastic bag.
