Receta Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
This is my husband's favorite desert, I'm not a peanut butter fan, But I make it so I can keep hubby happy.

- heat oven to 375 degrees
- fit pie crust intoa 9 inch pie plate
- refrigerate while preparing filling
- In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork
- stir in corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, mix until completely blended
- remove piecrust from refrigertor and sprinkle with chocolate chips then pour peanut butter mixture over top
- cover edges of the pie with aluminum foil
- bake pie at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- remove foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center come out clean
- cover and chill for 2 hours
- garnish with whipped topping, and remaining chocolate chips and chopped peanuts
