Ingredientes

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

  1. Combine crumbs, brown sugar, and butter. Press into a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. 2 C creamy peanut butter2 C sugar2 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese2 Tablespoons butter, meltedt teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 C heavy cream, whipped
  3. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla till smooth and creamy. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon mix into crust. Chill 6 hrs.
  4. 3/4 C semi-sweet chocolate pieces3 Tablespoons butter1/4 C sour cream1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 1/2 C sifted powdered sugar
  5. Heat together chocolate and butter on low heat, in top of double boiler, or possibly in microwave. Cold about 10 min. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add in powdered sugar, beating by hand until smooth and of spreading consistancy. Spread over filling. Refrigeratetill hard.
