Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Duncan Hines Golden brown Sugar Cookie Mis
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. finely minced pecans
  • 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 3 x (8 ounce each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 sqr ( 1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 20 x to 25 pecan halves (1/2 c.) Caramel flavor topping Preheat oven to 350 F.

Direcciones

  1. To make crust: Combine cookie mix, contents of butter flavor packet from mix, 1 egg and minced pecans in large bowl, Stir till thoroughly blended. Press mix into bottom of ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 20 to 22 min or possibly till edge is light brown and center is set. Remove from oven.
  2. For Filling: Combine brown sugar and flour in small bowl; set aside. Place cream cheese in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer, adding brown sugar mix gradually. Add in beaten Large eggs and vanilla, mixing only till incorporated. Remove 1 c. batter to small bowl; add in melted chocolate. Pour remaining plain batter onto hot crust. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter over plain batter. Run knife through batters to marble. Arrange pecan halves around top edge. Bake for 45 to 55 min or possibly till set. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife. Cold completely on rack. Chill for 2 hrs or possibly till ready to serve. When ready to serve remove sides of pan. Glaze top of cheesecake with caramel flavor topping.
