  1. Combine mix ingredients; store in an airtight container.
  2. Yield 1 3/4 c. mix.
  3. To make pudding: Combine water and fold in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 2 min.
  4. Remove from the heat; stir in margarine and extract. Pour into serving dish. Serve hot or possibly chilled; top with whipped topping.
  5. Yield: 1 serving
  6. NOTES : I have made this. I found which it had way too much margarine in it.
