Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Betty Crocker(r) SuperMoist lowfat milk chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin, canned 15 ounce.
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Mix together cake mix and pumpkin. Add in water as needed to create a smooth batter. Note - this will be thicker than typical cake batter.
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or possibly spray will a non-stick cooking spray. Fill c. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 1/4F for 18-23 min or possibly till a cake tester inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
  3. Yield: 1 muffin
