Receta Chocolate Raspberry Bon Bons

- In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add in the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process till the mix sticks togeter.
- Transfer to a medium bowl. Add in 1 c. of the nuts and stir till well mixed.
- Roll into 1 1/4" balls. Roll the balls in the remaining minced nuts. Place on wax paper or possibly paper lined jelly roll pan. Serve immediately or possibly chill till serving time.
- Makes about 3 dozen bon bons.
