Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounce Can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Fresh or possibly frzn raspberries
  • 6 ounce Ready crust chocolate pie crust Chocolate Glaze:, See below

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. With mixer, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Add in egg, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Arrange raspberries on bottom of crust. Slowly pour cheese mix over fruit. Bake 30-35 min or possibly unti lcenter is almost set. Cold. Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan, over Low heat, heat 2 (1 ounce.) squares semisweet chocolate with 1/4 c. whipped cream. Cook and stir till thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Top cheesecake with Chocolate Glaze; chill. Garnish as desired. (shown with fresh raspberries on each slice.)
