Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 x 12 oz pac M&Ms lowfat milk chocolate mini baking bits divided Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Raspberry jam

Direcciones

  1. In large microwave-safe bowl heat butter in microwave; add in sugars and mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla. In medium bowl combine flour and baking pwdr; blend into butter mix. Stir in 11/4 c. "M&M's"(r)Chocolate Mini Baking Bits; chill dough 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Make an indentation in center of each ball with thumb.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 min. Remove from oven and reindent, if necessary; transfer to wire racks. Lightly dust hot cookies with powdered sugar; fill each indentation with 1/2 tsp. raspberry jam. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. "M&M's"(r)Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Cold completely. Dust with additional powdered sugar, if you like. Store in tightly covered container.
