Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 tsp instant coffee -- crystals
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee -- crystals
  • 1 pkt cream cheese -- 8 ounce
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. seedless red raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp shortening

Direcciones

  1. Brownies: In saucepan over low heat, heat morsels and margarine; cold slightly. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar and Large eggs. Add in chocolate mix and coffee dissolved in water. Mix well. Stir in baking pwdr and flour; blend well. Spread in greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350^ for 30-35 min or possibly till toothpick tests clean.
  2. Raspberry Truffle Filling: Heat chocolate with coffee in pan over low heat. Set aside. In small mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese till fluffy; add in powdered sugar and preserves. Beat till fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate mix till well blended. Spread over cooled browned layer.
  3. Glaze: In small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate and shortening. Drizzle over truffle layer. Refrigerate1-2 hrs. Cut into bars.
