Ingredientes

  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 3 T light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate bits over hot water. Add in corn syrup and light cream. Put together vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar and nuts. Add in chocolate mix and 1/2 tsp vanilla.Chill for 1/2 hour, then shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Let "ripen" in covered container for at least 3 days.
