Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Shortening
  • 3/4 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream, 7 ounce.
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. For Cookie: Blend together dry ingredients and then add in all wet ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Drop by rounded tsp. onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave space and only use a tsp.,they spread. Bake at 400 for 7-8 min. Remove immediately and cold.
  2. Makes a soft cake likecookie. For Filling:Blend all and beat with mixer until fluffy. Spread filling on one cookie and top with another, sandwich style.
