Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, syrup, and egg in medium pan. Add in chocolate. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, till it comes to a full boil. Stir, boiling for 3 min. Remove from burner. Let stand 5 min. Slowly add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Makes 2 cups.
