Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 4 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. Cream
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts
  • 1 pkt Chocolate bits, (6 ounces)
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter

Direcciones

  1. Base: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat chocolate and butter together and let cold. Beat Large eggs till light and fluffy and gradually add in sugar. Add in chocolate mix, flour, salt, and vanilla. Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 14 inch pan. Bake 25 - 30 min. Cold. Filling: Beat butter and sugar together with mixer, adding cream and sherry gradually. When light and fluffy, add in walnuts and mix. Spread on base and refrigeratein refrigerator. Top: Heat chocolate bits with water and butter. Mix.
  2. Dribble over filling. Let harden and cut into bars.
  3. Makes 4 dozen. May befrozen.
