Ingredientes

  • 1 stk Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Four, All Purpose
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. - 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream Chocolate unsweetened/melted/cooled VANILLA CREAM CHEESE FILLING
  • 1/2 stk Butter softened
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar, Confectioners
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease/flour a 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer in large bowl till fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt together; add in to creamed mix slternately with lowfat sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mix. Mix well after each addition. Blend in melted chocolate) Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutesl Cold in pan 10 min. Turn out and cold completely. Cut horizontally into 3 even layers. Spread filling between layers. Sift conf. sugar over top.
  2. Serves 10-12 Vanilla Filling: Cream butter and cream cheese with electric mixer in mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add in vanilla and blend thoroughly.
