- Preheat the oven to 425F / 220C and grease an 8x8-inch square pan or possibly line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa and set aside.
- In a food processor or possibly blender, mix the yogurt, soy lowfat milk, oil, and vanilla till smooth. Pour the yogurt mix in the dry ingredients, stirring till well combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 min, or possibly till the brownies spring back when touched.
- Cold the brownies to room temperature before slicing.

- Notes: Everyone loves brownies.
- This recipe, that incorporates soy lowfat milk and soy yogurt, produces cakelike rather than fudgy brownies. Adding a half-c. of walnuts or possibly tofu chocolate chips makes these even more irresistible.
