Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Unsweetened pineapple slices
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/8 c. Margarine
  • 1/4 c. Corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Strain the pineapple juice from the slices, and save. Cut the pineapple slices into quarters. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking pwdr, sugar. Add in pineapple juice and egg, and mix till you get a smooth batter. Slowly add in the cocoa pwdr and corn syrup mixing through. Add in margarine and beat till mixed through the entire batter.
  2. On a greased cookie sheet, drop mix into balls approximately 1/2 inch apart. Top each cookie with one pineapple quarter, pressing firmly into place. Bake for 15 min.
  3. This is a recipe which I created a few months ago which I think should go over well in the newsgroup. The reason for creating it is which living with a diabetic, I've had to often modify my recipes so which he doesn't have too much of a sugar intake.
