- In a small pan, bring creme fraiche to a boil. Add in dark chocolate and stir just till melted. Refrigeratefor 6 hrs or possibly more. With electric beater or possibly wooden spoon, stir and beat adding liquor till it becomes light and hard.
- Return to refrigerator for 3 hrs. Make small balls with your hands.
- Freeze till hard. Heat lowfat milk chocolate with lowfat milk, and remove from heat. Dip balls into melted warm chocolate (this must be done very quickly), and roll them in the cocoa, with the help of a fork. Keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
