%20and%20I%20need%20some%20chocolate...badly!%20%20We%20are%20talking%20about%20one%20of%20those%20%22stay%20in%20your%20jammies%20all%20day,%20lying%20on%20the%20couch%20eating%20cheese%20puffs%22%20kind%20of%20days.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlease%20don't%20tell%20anyone,%20most%20people%20think%20I'm%20pretty%20happy%20go%20lucky%20all%20the%20time%20and%20I%20hate%20to%20break%20the%20illusion%20(I%20basically%20hide%20my%20bad%20moods%20behind%20chocolate,%20red%20wine,%20and%20mashed%20potatoes).%20%20I%20once%20had%20a%20grumpy%20woman%20accuse%20me%20of%20having%20butterflies%20flying%20out%20of%20my%20butt!%20%20I'm%20not%20sure%20what%20that%20means....but%20I%20think%20it%20means%20I%20try%20to%20find%20the%20positive%20in%20life!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20today%20I%20am%20going%20to%20try%20and%20focus%20on%20these%20beauties%20that%20I%20have%20created!%20%20They%20are%20pretty%20darn%20yummy%20and%20not%20too%20hard%20on%20the%20eyes!%20%20They%20are%20also%20super%20easy!%20%20One%20might%20even%20say%20they%20are%20cheater%20brownies%20(yes...I%20used%20a%20box....I%20try%20not%20to%20do%20it%20often....but%20I'm%20human....and%20it%20was%20a%20super%20yummy,%20good%20brand).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20does%20not%20mean%20that%20you%20need%20to%20use%20a%20box....you%20can%20use%20your%20favorite%20recipe....or%20my%20favorite%20recipe%20from%20my%20blog!%20%20My%20Triple%20Chocolate%20Espresso%20Brownies%20would%20be%20perfect%20for%20this%20recipe.%20%20You%20could%20omit%20the%20espresso%20if%20you%20feel%20it%20would%20be%20too%20much%20(I%20do%20it%20all%20the%20time%20when%20I%20want%20to%20create%20a%20new%20brownie%20creation).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBasically%20I'm%20telling%20you.....make%20these%20brownies%20and%20maybe%20some%20mashed%20potatoes,%20open%20a%20bottle%20of%20wine%20and%20put%20in%20season%20one%20(through%2010)%20of%20the%20%22Friends%22%20series,%20and%20wash%20your%20bad%20day%20away!!!!%20%20That's%20what%20this%20crazy%20girl%20is%20gonna%20do!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20Turtle%20Brownies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20brownies:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20box%20brownie%20mix%20(or%20your%20favorite%20brownie%20recipe)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFollow%20instructions%20on%20box%20to%20make%20the%20brownies.%20%20Can%20pour%20the%20batter%20into%20a%20greased%209x9%20inch%20pan%20or%20use%20your%20greased%20mini%20muffin%20tins,%20as%20I%20have%20done,%20to%20make%20little%20brownie%20turtle%20bites!%20%20(actually%20I%20used%20my%20Demarle%20mini%20muffin%20tray%20that%20I%20got%20from%20my%20good%20friend%20Kim.....check%20out%20her%20page%20to%20order%20this%20fabulous%20non-stick%20tray....super%20cool).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20as%20per%20the%20instructions%20on%20box%20or%20until%20toothpick%20inserted%20into%20brownies%20comes%20out%20almost%20clean%20(I%20like%20mine%20a%20little%20fudgy).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMicrowave%20together%20for%2030%20seconds,%20stir%20and%20give%20it%20another%2015-30%20seconds%20if%20not%20completely%20melted.%20%20Drizzle%20over%20the%20brownies.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAllow%20the%20chocolate%20to%20set....and....ENJOY!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(see....I%20told%20you%20it%20was%20easy)%20%20:)%20%20%20%20:)%20%20%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20Shared%20On:%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
