Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Butter
  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c. Unsweeted cocoa pwdr

  2. Slice'n'bake chocolate wafers
  3. Cut four 14x12-inch pcs of waxed paper or possibly plastic wrap; set aside. In large bowl, cream butter, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla till light and fluffy.
  4. In med. bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cocoa. Gradually stir flour mix into sugar mix till proportionately distributed. Divide dough into four equal pcs and shape each piece, using dampened hands so it doesn't stick, into a long roll, about 8-10 inches long. Wrap each roll in one piece of waxed paper. Place wrapped rolls in plastic freezer container with tight-fitting lid Or possibly wrap air-tight in large piece of heavy duty foil.
  5. Label; store in freezer and use within 6 months.
  6. To use one roll of dough (about 36 cookies): Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets. Cut frzn dough into 1/4-inch slices. Place slices on prepared baking sheets about 1/2 inch apart. Bake 8 to 10 mins., till cookies are set and slightly hard on top. Remove and cold completely on wire rack.
