Ingredientes

  • 1 c. unsalted butter - (2 sticks)
  • 6 ounce unsweetened chocolate minced
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. coarsely-minced walnuts - (abt 2 ounce)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly butter 13- by 9- by 2-inch metal baking pan. Heat butter and chocolate in heavy medium saucepan over low heat, stirring till chocolate mix is smooth. Cold.
  2. Using electric mixer, beat Large eggs and sugar in large bowl till light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate mix, vanilla and salt. Add in flour; beat just till blended. Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing top. Sprinkle top with walnuts.
  3. Bake till tester inserted into center comes out with crumbs attached, about 35 min. Transfer pan to rack; cold completely.
  4. Cut brownies into squares; serve.
  5. This recipe yields 24 brownies.
