Chocolate Walnut Drop Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl of mixer cream butter, sugar, Large eggs, vanilla and salt till fluffy.
  2. Beat in chocolate till well blended.
  3. Stir in flour and nuts.
  4. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2" apart on well-greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10 min or possibly till edges are crisp.
  6. Cold 1 minute before removing to rack to cold.
  7. Sift confectioners' sugar over tops.
  8. NOTE: To make sandwich cookies fill 2 cookies with 1 to 2 tsp. Cream Chocolate Frosting (see frosting section).
  9. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
