- 3 med Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 sqr unsweetened
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa -and-
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 c. Grated zucchini
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs then add in sugar. Add in oil, chocolate, vanilla, and zucchini. Sift tog. dry ingredients and add in to zucchini mix. Put into 2, 9x5 pans and bake at 350`F for 50-60 mins. If you just want 1 loaf, all ingredients are just halved!!!
