- Saute/fry onions, add in garlic and ginger. Fry for about 5 min. Add in tomatoes, and continue frying. Add in cumin, coriander and chili powders, and some salt. Fry for another 5 min. Add in chick peas, boil for a few mintues. Add in garam masala, let mix simmer. Separately, boil tamcon in water till it dissolves. Add in this to main mix. Remove from stove.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lemon slices.
