Ingredientes

  • 1 can Chick Peas
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 can Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
  • 1/2 can Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
  • 1 tsp Coriander pwdr
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Tancom
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 bn Coriander Leaves

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions, add in garlic and ginger. Fry for about 5 min. Add in tomatoes, and continue frying. Add in cumin, coriander and chili powders, and some salt. Fry for another 5 min. Add in chick peas, boil for a few mintues. Add in garam masala, let mix simmer. Separately, boil tamcon in water till it dissolves. Add in this to main mix. Remove from stove.
  2. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lemon slices.
