Chopped Alaskan Razar Clam Fritters

Ingredientes

  • 1 pt clams
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2/3 c. clam nectar and lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs well beaten Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Drain clams and chop, reserving liquid. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine liquid, Large eggs and clams. Add in to dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Drop by Tbsp. into warm fat (3/4 inch deep) in frying pan. Brown on each side. Drain on absorbent paper. Garnish and serve warm, plain or possibly with a sauce.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
