- 1-2 dried chiles de árbol (thinly sliced crosswise)
- 2 tablespoon minced shallot
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- salt and pepper (as needed for seasoning)
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 ounce raw Mexican Chorizo
- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley leaves
- 4 slice provolone cheese
- 4 soft burger buns (sliced crosswise and toasted on the insides)
- 4 slice red onion
- 4 red lettuce leaves
