Ingredientes

  • 3 c. water
  • 225 gm butter
  • 3 c. flour, plain
  • 3/10 tsp salt
  • 12 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Place water and butter in pan, bring to boil, add in sifted flour all at once. Stir vigourously with a wooden spoon over heat till mix is thick and leaves sides of pan to create a smooth ball; remove from heat and cold slightly.
  2. Put cooled paste into small bowl of electric mixer; add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Spoon or possibly pipe teaspoonfuls of mix onto greased oven tray; bake in warm oven 10 min, reduce heat to moderate, bake a furthur 15-20 min till golden brown and crisp.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cold. Store in air tight container till required.
  4. Fill with cream or possibly pastry cream.
  5. Makes about 25-30.
