Receta Chow Chow (Chayote) Curd Pachadi
Ingredients:
- Chow Chow (Chayote) – 2 tblsp, peeled, grated
- Cucumber – 2 tblsp, peeled, grated
- Onion – 1, sliced
- Coriander Leaves – few
- Thick Curd – 1 cup
- Cashewnuts – 4 to 5, soaked in water for 15 minutes
- Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Grind the cashewnuts and coconut together.
2. Whisk the curd and add the ground coconut-cashewnut mixture.
3. Gently squeeze the chow chow, cucumber and onions.
4. Add to the curd.
5. Add salt and mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
