Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x Capsicum
  • 1 x Leaf cabbage
  • 1/4 x Tomato seeded finely minced
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 x 1 inch piece carrot peeled
  • 1 x Leaf spinach stem finely minced
  • 1 x Floret cauliflower
  • 1 x French bean
  • 3 x Leaves mint finely minced, (3 to 4)
  • 3 x Leaves coriander finely minced, (3 to 4)
  • 1/4 x Inch ginger peeled
  • 1 x Pod garlic
  • 1/2 x Dry red chilli deseeded and crushed well
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornflour
  • 3 c. Water or possibly vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Very finely chop (either manually or possibly in the electric chopper), the capsicum., cabbage, onion, carrot, cauliflower, bean, ginger, garlic, all together.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or possibly pan, add in all vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 min.
  3. Add in 2 1/2 c. water and bring to a boil.
  4. Meanwhile, mix cornflour in the remaining water and add in to the boiling soup.
  5. Stir continuously, until boil is resumed. Cook until the clarity returns.
  6. Add in the soyasauce, salt, sugar and crushed chilli.
  7. Stir well. Serve piping warm with green chilli in vinegar and soyasauce.
