Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter softened
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Seedless raisins
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 1/2 c. Mixed candied fruit or possibly peel
  • 1/2 c. Minced marachino or possibly Candied cherries
  • 1/2 c. Nuts
  • 1/4 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add in sugar. Beat well. Beat in vanilla and lemon rind. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg. Mix flour and baking pwdr together. Put 1/4 c. flour over fruit in bowl and mix it. Mix into batter.
  2. Makes 2 loaves or possibly 1 Bundt cake. Bake at 300 F for 70 to 80 min or possibly till toothpick put in centre comes out clean. Cold in pan for 10 min. Then turn out on wire rack. Let cold completely.
  3. Option: Dust with icing sugar or possibly drizzle with glaze.
