- This Christmas Smoothie is a nutrient and vitamin filled meal. What a great way to start the day during this hectic month. It even makes a great lunch try serving it to family and friends next Sunday afternoon!!
- Cut the apple into wedges and remove the seeds. Juice the apple wedges with the cranberries and beet. Pour the combined juice into a blender or possibly food processor and add in the banana, yogurt and ice cubes. Blend till smooth.
- Pour the mix into a tall glass and serve it garnished with the mint sprig.
- Note: You can make this drink as bright red as you wish by adding a little more beet.
