Ingredientes

  • Chuck roast 1-1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/3 tsp Dry mustard
  • 3/4 c. Catsup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 med Onion
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 2 x Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Brown roast 20 min on each side over coals. Season with salt & pepper.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; put half of sauce on large sheet of foil, top with meat, then rest of sauce. Fold foil & secure. Bake over slow coals 1-1/2 hrs. Use extra foil on coals.
