- Directions: In a small bowl, scramble Large eggs, cheese and chives. Cook over medium heat to desired doneness. Lb. the chicken breast thin.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute/fry chicken till done. Combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalepeno and salt and pepper to create salsa. Serve all together with toasted bagel.
