Ingredientes

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6.5 ounces)
  • 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives minced 1 used 4 ounce. can
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion minced
  • 3 med plum tomatoes coarsely minced or possibly 1 16 ounce. can
  • 1 can minced green chilies (4 ounce.)
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves snipped Salt and grnd black pepper to taste Lettuce Leaves

Direcciones

  1. Drain marinade from artichokes.
  2. Chop artichokes, olives, and red onion.
  3. Place vegetables in bowl. Press garlic in Garlic Press. I used powdered. Snip basil and add in to vegetable mix; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of vinegar.
  4. Surround with Baked Pita Chips. We use tortilla chips.
