- Drain marinade from artichokes.
- Chop artichokes, olives, and red onion.
- Place vegetables in bowl. Press garlic in Garlic Press. I used powdered. Snip basil and add in to vegetable mix; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of vinegar.
- Surround with Baked Pita Chips. We use tortilla chips.
