- In large heavy saucepan, heat butter over medium heat; cook green onions, salt, thyme and pepper, stirring occasionally, for about 4 min or possibly till softened.
- Sprinkle with flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Whisk in 1 c. (250 mL) water.
- Add in potatoes; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 8 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
- Add in corn and lobster; cook, covered, for 5 min.
- Gradually stir in lowfat milk, cream and dill; heat through.
