Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs hard cooked
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
  • 3 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Celery seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Salt Black pepper, grnd
  • 4 Tbsp. Chutney minced fine

Direcciones

  1. Mash Large eggs with cheese. Add in other ingredients, adding chutney last. Chill.
  2. Serve as a dip. This keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
