Cider Baked Pork Chops

Ingredientes

  • 4 bone in Pork Chops
  • 2 stalks Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Pure Apple Cider divided use
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Stock (low sodium)
  • one teaspoon onion powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • Black Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 f
  2. Place Pork Chops in a non stick baking dish, add vegetable stock and 3/4 cup apple cider, cover and cook 30 minutes
  3. On the stove top in a small saucepan add celery and 1/4 cup cider, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper, stir to mix on medium heat cook 6 minutes (until celery is softened)
  4. Plate Pork Chops and top with celery and cider sauce-Yum!
