Receta Cilantro-Lime Marinated Chicken with a Kick!
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- juice of one lime
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
In a bowl, combine the oil, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or container and pour the mixture over the top. Make sure you coat all of the chicken with the cilantro mixture. Cover and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. After the chicken has marinated, cook outside on a grill or indoors using a grill pan.
