Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 c. Cooked long-grain white rice, room temp
  • 3/4 c. Each green/red bell peppers, minced
  • 1/3 c. Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Whisk the oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl till well blended.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients. Toss to coat with dressing.
  3. Makes 5 c. or possibly 8 servings.
  4. NOTES : Can be made up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperaturebefore serving.
