- Cook onion and garlic till tender. Stir in chili pwdr, paprika, pepper, cum in, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in tomatoes, water, vinegar, and honey.
- Reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally till thickened and flavors are blended. Serve over pasta.
