Ingredientes

  • 2 pound bulk sausage, browned & liquid removed, cold
  • 8 large eggs, well beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 slices bread, crumbled
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, bread and 3/4 of the cheese. Add in egg mix to sausage. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be frzn and reheated.
